Servicing Options

Your policy is one of the most valuable assets you own. Keeping your insurance policy in force will ensure that you or your family continue to receive the benefits.

Throughout the course of your policy ownership, LICI team is waiting to assist you with all your servicing needs.

Premium Acceptance

Premiums are to be remitted in a timely manner preferably on/before the due date as stipulated in the Policy Document

A grace period of one month but not less than 30 days is allotted for the remittance of premiums without attracting Late Fee

After the grace period, a late fee of 9% per annum is then charged from due date of premium based on the premium(s) due

Note to quote your “Policy Number” as reference of payment in all transactions with Narration as “Premium Payment”.
