We have updated the login process for the “My Policy” portal to make it more convenient for you.

1. Enter the email address you registered with LICI.
2. If the email address exists in our system, we will send a One-Time Password (OTP) to that email.
3. Access your email to retrieve the OTP.
4. Enter the OTP in the box provided within 3 minutes. If the OTP expires, you will need to restart the process by re-entering your email address.

Note: If your email is not available in our database, an error message will pop up requesting to “update information”. Customer name may differ hence enter first name along with other details.
